Minimum 35 hrs/week. Most spring/summer/fall weeks are 40+hrs.
Weekends optional, eligible for overtime.

What You’ll Be Doing
Leading garden care and maintenance services at client properties
Training and supporting teammates in best practices and job safety
Communicating clearly with clients and teammates
Identifying plant health issues, irrigation needs, and seasonal tasks
Ensuring job sites are completed with attention to detail and pride
Supporting the Operations Manager with logistics and planning
What We’re Looking For
A strong work ethic and a growth mindset—you’re someone who wants to improve
At least 1–2 years of landscaping or horticulture experience (bonus if you’ve led teams!)
Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
A natural eye for detail and quality
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
